Biography: Kavita Sharma, DO is board certified in both pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation. She earned her medical degree from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME and went on to complete a medical/surgical internship with Saint Michaels Medical Center, Newark, NJ. Dr. Sharma completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NYU School of Medicine Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, followed by fellowship training in the subspecialty of interventional pain management and spine disorders with Florida Spine Institute.Dr. Sharma is active in several professional associations including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Florida Academy of Pain Medicine, Florida Society of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. With her extensive and varied training, Dr. Sharma is able to offer patients a multi-faceted approach to chronic pain management. Biography: Tse C. Lee, MD is board certified in both pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from Medical College of Ohio and went on to complete an internal medicine internship with St. Vincents Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. Dr. Lee completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at NYU School of Medicine Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, followed by fellowship training in EMG, musculoskeletal, and interventional spine care. He currently serves as President of the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.Dr. Lee is committed to providing personalized care to each of his patients in an effort to help them break free from chronic pain. Biography: Dr. Ross was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota and grew up in the Twin Cities. After graduating with Summa Cum Laude with Honors and Highest Distinction from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Ross obtained his medical degree from the prestigious Harvard Medical School. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the world-renowned Washington University in St. Louis, where he trained under the tutelage of leaders in the field of orthopedic surgery. He developed his passion for sports medicine while working with the St. Louis Rams and St. Louis Blues. Dr. Ross also worked along with leaders in the field of joint preservation surgery, which also sparked his research in hip preservation. After completing residency, Dr. Ross completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the University of Michigan, where he further honed his skill in Hip Arthroscopy. He was also team physician for many of the sports, including football, hockey, soccer, gymnastics and wrestling. After completing his fellowship, he was hired to join the faculty at the University of Michigan Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in the division of Sports Medicine. He also served at the Head Team Physician for Eastern Michigan University Football and the athletic department. He currently serves as the head Team Orthopedic Surgeon for Florida Atlantic University Football and Lynn University.

Biography: Anthony Miniaci, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and shoulder and knee surgery with Baptist Health. He is also the deputy chief medical executive of Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. As the son of Italian immigrants to Canada, Dr. Miniaci is fluent in English and Italian. He has produced many internationally recognized scientific papers, patents and presentations with a vast career in orthopedic research and development. Dr. Miniaci's patented technology offers patients a less invasive shoulder surgery using industry-leading hardware uniquely designed for the complex shoulder joint. At Baptist Health, he leads a team of surgeons actively involved in clinical research to improve patient outcomes worldwide. From 2003-2022, Dr. Miniaci worked for Cleveland Clinic's Center for Sports Health in Cleveland, OH and Cleveland Clinic's Sports Medicine Clinic in Toronto, Canada. He was also an orthopedic surgery professor at the University of Toronto and Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Miniaci has treated high-profile Olympic and professional athletes throughout his career, including players from the National Hockey League, the National Football League and Major League Baseball. He served as the head team physician for the Cleveland Browns and as an orthopedic consultant to the Toronto Blue Jays. He continues to treat athletes as a sports medicine specialist and surgeon for Baptist Health. Dr. Miniaci has also served on many boards, committees and societies. As chairperson of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Foundation, Dr. Miniaci led the creation of the National Shoulder and Elbow Health Week, which improves shoulder care for patients throughout North America. He has received many awards, including the 2022 Alumni of Distinction award. This award is a peer-nominated honor given to distinguished alumni from his medical school alma mater, the University of Western Ontario, a large research university. Dr. Miniaci's care philosophy centers on thorough communication with patients, their families and their provider team. He listens intently and discusses conditions in detail, helping patients feel heard and confident in their decision. Like many grandparents, Dr. Miniaci enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, especially on the beautiful Canadian coast. He also enjoys golf but admits his surgical skills are far better than his golf skills.??

Care Philosophy: Dr. Man Le earned his medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his residency in Anesthesia at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He practiced anesthesia for several years before discovering the then-new field of pain management. It was a new field I wanted to explore, Dr. Le says. I saw a lot of people suffering from chronic pain. It was a big obstacle in their lives and I realized I could make a difference. That led him to pursue fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Georgetown. He comes to Pain Relief Centers " Boca Raton from South Florida Pain Relief Centers, where he served as medical director for the past 3 years. Previously, he worked at the Comprehensive Pain Management Center in Baton Rouge, La. Before that, Dr. Le served as an attending physician for the Department of Anesthesia and as the medical director for the Pain Management Center at Boca Raton Regional Hospital for more than 10 years. His love of innovation in medicine and individualized care led him to Pain Relief Center. Helping people is very fulfilling to me and you have to be open to finding the best solution for each patient. In his spare time, Dr. Le enjoys tennis, sports and travel. He speaks English and Vietnamese.
