Someone giving me an ultrasound of my heart recommended Dr. Espinosa at my drs office. I couldn’t be more happy with our first meeting. He is very knowledgeable and gets right to the right to the point and is not afraid to take on challenging patients! When researching his work and getting feedback from other patients, I found the same views. Highly recommend!

Excelent Service
Dr. Espinosa was amazing. I went in for back pain and Dr. Espinosa did a very thorough exam. De. Espinosa has a lot of energy and he is very charismatic, something rare to find with neurologists. His team is awesome and I recommend anyone to come here and get their neurological needs.

Amazing Neurologist
I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Espinosa, and I can confidently say he is one of the best neurologists out there. From the moment I walked into his office, I was met with professionalism, compassion, and a genuine desire to help me understand my condition. Dr. Espinosa took the time to listen to my concerns, explain every step of the diagnostic process, and answer all my questions in detail, which helped ease my anxiety. What sets him apart is not just his incredible knowledge and expertise in neurology but also his personalized approach to care. He truly looks at the whole picture and tailors his treatment plans based on what’s best for each patient. I always felt heard and respected during my visits. Thanks to Dr. Espinosa's care, I have seen significant improvement in my symptoms, and I feel more confident managing my condition. His staff is also friendly and efficient, making the overall experience even better. If you’re looking for a neurologist who is thorough, kind

Amazing Diagnostician, Very knowledgeable
Dr. Espinosa was able to diagnose my rare condition within five minutes of reviewing my records. I had seen five other doctors in various specialties and spent four days in the hospital before seeing him, none of whom had any idea of what was causing my symptoms I was under treatment for a year and was dismissed today with no symptoms. I cannot thank him and his staff enough.

HORRIBLE experience. 4 visits to find out NOTHING. First appt. with Espinosa - I was seen by a different doctor and told this was their procedure - I'd see Espinosa the next visits when I had tests done as HE is the one who does them. Visit 2 was EEG which was done by a tech, not Espinosa as I was told. Visit 3 EMG was started by tech and finished by Espinosa. No problemwith that except that he walked out in middle and talked with his back to me as he typed on the computer. When I asked a question he said he'd answer everything when I had my follow up which was TODAY - 2 weeks later. 55 minutes after my appointment time, the FIRST doctor came in. I asked why HE was there and he told me 'Dr. Espinosa is very busy.' I replied, 'I'm very busy, too. He said he could answer my questions by reading on the computer. He had not examined me and didn't know which tests I had taken or the results. He even suggested I have a test that I had had 3 weeks before. THIS WAS 4 UNACCEPTABLE visits!

He's a genius
Dr. Espinosa saw my husband at Boca Regional Hospital. He correctly diagnosed my husband during his first visit and treated him accordingly. I don't have enough good words to describe his competency and his knowledge. Yes he's very confident and with good reason. He is extremely knowledgeable. Our prior neurologist had no clue as to my husband's problem. Dr. Espinosa gave us our lives back! We owe him everything.

More than 7 Years Ago…
On Saturday, February 7, 2017 I had a stroke and was taken to Boca Regional Hospital. It was my lucky day because Dr Espinosa was on duty in the Emergency Room. He was able to calm me down, order all of the needed tests, and admit me to the hospital under his care. I have continued to have excellent care once I was discharged from the hospital. In the past 7 years I have experienced the best care from this wonderful and compassionate doctor. Appointments are regularly met with a welcome smile. I am indebted to this gifted doctor. Thank you Dr Espinosa for your expertise. Sincerely, Evelyn Solomon

Saved my life
Got to him paralyzed, coming from a near by Hospital (not Boca Regional) that misdiagnosed and mistreated me and almost killed me. Dr. Espinosa immediately knew what was wrong with me, treated me and saved my life. I'm walking again like nothing ever happened to me.

After keeping me waiting an hour and a half, he came in and did a 5 minute examination. Dr. Espinosa then gave me a diagnosis of a progressive, incurable, neuromuscular disease. He then turned to his Nurse Practitioner and said " YOU SEE HOW EASY THAT WAS" and walked out. No explanation, prognosis, explanation of what to expect. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Called his office 4 times for a callback. NOTHING!

This doc and his team May have changed the course of my disease due to ego. The only positive for this egotistical doc is he is very impressed with himself. Couldn’t care less about patients. It’s churn and burn with his triple bookings. And because of this has acted negligently.

Awful. Run - if you can! 10 minutes of time. No answers just criticisms! One visit and knew he is NOT for me. Office staffers are pleasant but that is not going to improve my chronic - incurable health condition!

First off the profile is old, he is now at Boca Raton regional Hospital and the head of Neurology which is a joke. I was reluctant to see him, but went anyway out of desperation. When I got to the desk I asked how many patients he sees in a day. I woman, who I won't mention her name told me 40/people and it's a game as to how many him and his partner Dr. Vrionis see in a day. I 1st saw his PA's as usual, tell these young kids what's wrong. He walks in, I try to talk to him, but all falls on deaf ears about my issues all in 7 minutes he gives me. He tells me try drugs and live with it and walks out. Later I get a call from the hospital saying he ordered PT, which he never told me he was doing. This is a disgrace. It's not about helping people, it's all about helping the bottom line of the hospital and his pocket. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

AWFUL. Perscribed a medication with violent reaction. I have been calling for 1 week with no call back. I could be dead by now from throwing up after this medication. The doc didn't care to read my MRI, said I should use Salon Pas patches?
