Biography: Remington Horesh, DO is a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of retinal disorders. This sub-specialization allows him to compliment his fellow surgeons at St. Luke's at The Villages in providing the community with complete ocular health care.

Care Philosophy: Dr Gooch served 28 years in the US Air Force and held several esteemed roles including Chief, Aerospace Ophthalmology at the US Air Force Aeromedical Consultation Service from October 2006 to February 2014. He was Chief Consultant to the US Air Force Surgeon General for Aerospace Ophthalmology, and a Chief Flight Surgeon with over 1,000 total military flying hours in both fighter and transport aircraft. He retired from active duty in February 2014 at the rank of Colonel. With over 20 years in practice, Dr Gooch brings a wealth of experience to St. Luke's at The Villages.
