Biography: Douglas Songer, MD earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed his psychiatry residency at Wright State University (WSU) in 1996 and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Biography: Rafay Atiq, MD joined Upper Valley Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in 2006 and is the office's medical director. He is a board certified adult psychiatrist, and he provides both inpatient and outpatient care. He achieved his medical degree in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed his residency program at the Wright State University (WSU) Boonshoft School of Medicine. Biography: Shelden C. Wical, DO is a family medicine physician who earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA.
