Biography: Marian Porubsky, M.D., is a board-certified general surgeon and transplant surgeon. He is fully-trained in all aspects of abdominal transplant surgery including liver, kidney and pancreas transplants as well as laparoscopic donor nephrectomies. He also specializes in the surgical treatment of diseases of the liver, biliary tract and pancreas. A native of Slovakia, Dr. Porubsky completed his medical training at Komensky University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Biography: Brett Armstrong, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon. Dr. Armstrong treats patients 18 and older and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He performs robot-assisted and minimally invasive surgeries such as appendectomies, hernia repair, cyst removal, gall bladder removal and more. Dr. Armstrong earned his undergraduate degree at Florida State University before attending medical school at FSU College of Medicine. He went on to complete a residency in general surgery at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. Dr. Armstrong previously served as Director of Robotics and Chief of Surgery at St. Josephs Hospital-North in Tampa. Dr. Armstrong takes a thorough and precise approach to his consultations to ensure that he is consistently giving accurate diagnoses. Biography: Keyur Chavda, MD, is a board certified bariatric and general surgeon who cares for patients ages 18 and older who speaks fluent English, Hindi, and Gujarati. In addition to bariatric surgery, Dr. Chavda treats patients who need various procedures, including acid reflux, hiatal hernia, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, and hernia surgeries. Dr. Chavda earned his medical degree from the B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. He then completed his general surgery residency at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania and a bariatric fellowship at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. Dr. Chavda is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati. In his spare time, Dr. Chavda enjoys reading, riding his bike, traveling, and spending time with his family.

He received his medical degree from the Universidad de Montemorelos in Mexico before relocating to New York where he completed his residencies and fellowships, including a prestigious clinical research fellowship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Omana specializes in procedures to treat acid reflux and other gastrointestinal conditions, hernias and endocrine disorders. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, and frequently publishes his clinical findings in peer-reviewed journals and publications. Biography: Dr. Prebish is a Minimally Invasive General Surgeon, with specialization in robotic techniques. In addition to his surgical endeavors, he also performs advanced wound care and serves as the medical director of the wound care center at two area hospitals. He has helped launch the Robotic Surgery program at two hospitals in the community. Dr. Prebish is a cum laude graduate of Michigan State University and Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he served as a two-term elected student body Vice President. During his surgical residency, he served as chief surgical resident two consecutive years. He was nominated by his peers to serve as the Chief of Staff at HCA Pasadena Hospital. He now serves the Pinellas county community at HCA Pasadena Surgical Specialists. My care philosophy is to provide my patients with compassionate, contemporary, evidence-based surgery using minimally invasive techniques.

Biography: Dr. Wesley Hendricks, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon at HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Surgical Specialists. He started his academic journey at East Carolina University, where he completed his undergraduate studies in Biology and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. He further pursued his interest in the life sciences by earning a Master of Science in Anatomy, Physiology, and Cell Biology from the same institution. Dr. Hendricks continued his medical education at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2010. His extensive training culminated with a General Surgery Residency at Western Reserve Hospital through Ohio University's College of Osteopathic Medicine, which he completed in 2015. Dr. Hendricks has developed a patient care philosophy that is deeply influenced by both his academic background and personal family experiences. He not only recognizes the critical role he plays as a surgeon but also empathizes with the emotions experienced by the families of his patients. These understanding shapes his commitment to a holistic approach, ensuring he provides the best possible care experience for each patient.

Biography: Dr. Ghalyaie is board certified and fellowship trained in colon and rectal surgery. She specializes in treating diseases and disorders of the colon, rectum and anus, including cancer and hereditary cancer syndromes, inflammatory bowel disease, and complex anorectal conditions. Fluent in English and Farsi, Dr. Ghalyaie performs an array of minimally invasive surgical procedures such as robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery and transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM). She also is skilled in performing sphincter-preserving surgery for rectal malignancies and inflammatory bowel disease to avoid the need for a permanent colostomy.Dr. Ghalyaie completed medical school at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran before moving to the U.S. for internship training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Her five years of residency training spanned three institutions: Baylor College of Medicine, The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, and Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. Dr. Ghalyaie went on to complete colon and rectal surgery fellowship training at Henry Ford Hospital/Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

Biography: Dr. Clark was born and raised in Tampa and is the fourth generation of his family to reside here. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys fishing both in Tampa Bay and the Gulf.
