Biography: Jessica Parrott, MD is a board-certified and fellowship-trained maternal and fetal medicine physician with Midwest Perinatal Associates in Overland Park, KS and Independence, MO. Dr. Parrott has specialized training in obstetrics and experience caring for women who may have complicated or high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Parrott is affiliated with Overland Park Regional Medical Center.Dr. Parrott is passionate about learning and teaching, and previously was an Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinical Instructor with the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has continued her training with many research publications and presentations.Dr. Parrott earned her medical degree from the University of MissouriColumbia School of Medicine. She completed a residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center, and went on to complete a fellowship in maternal fetal medicine as well. She is an active member with the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, and a Fellow with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
