Biography: Dr. Ishaq Y. Syed grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. He is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and fellowship-trained in spine surgery. He received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University where he graduated as a member of Tau Beta Pi. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. He went on to complete his residency at Rush University Medical Center and his fellowship in spine surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Ishaq Y. Syed actively participates in teaching orthopedic residents as well as conducting spine research. He is highly skilled in both traditional and minimally invasive surgeries. Biography: Adam Green, MD is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in orthopaedic trauma including multi-extremity polytrauma, complex periarticular & periprosthetic fractures, musculoskeletal infections, and post-traumatic deformity reconstruction. A Louisiana native, he attended Louisiana State University where he was a member of the Honor's College. It was there he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then obtained a Master's degree in Medical Sciences at Mississippi College prior to attending medical school. In 2012, he began medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, graduating in the top of his class in 2016. Following his graduation from medical school in 2016, he moved to Dallas, Texas to start his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital/University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Throughout the course of his residency, he trained with many world-renowned orthopaedic surgeons at Parkland in trauma and joint reconstruction, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children & Children's Medical Center in pediatric orthopaedic trauma and spinal deformities, and attended a traveling orthopaedic fellowship at Auckland City Hospital in New Zealand. He concluded his training with the highest-volume orthopaedic trauma fellowship in the nation at Orlando Regional Medical Center. It was there that he honed his skills in complex polytrauma patient management, pelvis & acetabulum fracture care, deformity reconstruction, nonunion/malunion treatment, periprosthetic fractures and joint reconstruction including direct anterior hip replacement. Following his fellowship, he sought and obtained a job to be back DFW to continue caring for the population that he became so familiar with in residency. Dr. Green's passion is treating patients and getting them back to their pre-injury function. He believes that includes proper treatment of their orthopedic injuries, and also working with his patients to get through the mental and social struggles that can coincide with those injuries. Dr. Green enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog (Boogie the boxer). Some of his hobbies include weight training, skiing, and anything else outdoors.

Care Philosophy: As an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in treating conditions of the hip and knee, I do my utmost to return patients to an active, pain free lifestyle. I am fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction, specializing in total hip and knee replacements with a large focus on partial knee replacements. My aim is to improve my patients' quality of life with the most minimally invasive way possible. I aim to use a patient's biology first, and many of my patients are helped through things like phyical therapy alone. While I love to operate, I strive to use this as the last option for my patients. This is the tact I would want my family treated with their medical problems. If surgery does become the last option, I try to utilize the least invasive surgical procedure to fix the problem. Optimizing the treatment to best improve my patients' function and pain relief while minimizing the risks and downtime is one of my primary goals.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Hohman has multiple peer reviewed publications and scientific presentations at both national and international conferences. His clinical interests include optimizing primary total joint replacement procedures and outcomes for his patients. Dr. Hohman has particular interest in the management of pain and the rapid return of function around the time of surgery for his hip/ knee replacement surgeries with the use of specialized techniques, including minimally invasive/ muscle sparing direct anterior total hip arthroplasty (total hip replacement). Dr. Hohman also specializes in the surgical management of complex primary and revision total hip and knee arthroplasty/ adult reconstructive procedures. His fellowship training has also provided extensive experience in the surgical management of periprosthetic fracture and infection diagnosis/ management surrounding total joint replacements.
