Biography: Dr. Oluchukwu Oluoha is a board-certified hematologist-oncologist who cares for patients with a wide range of hematologic and malignant conditions. Dr. Oluoha trained in general internal medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL, and went to work as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Meharry Medical College. During his time at Meharry, he received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Patient Care, awarded to physicians who go above and beyond best practices to deliver extraordinary care. He was also recognized by residents for superior teaching skills, winning the Outstanding Teaching Award. To pursue his passion for Oncology, he subsequently completed fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Prior to joining Texas Oncology, Dr. Oluoha worked at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI practicing medical oncology & hematology while training fellows, residents and medical students. Dr. Oluoha has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient-centered care and medical education. He's also made significant research contributions through publications in peer-reviewed journals and roles as institutional principal investigator in several clinical trials including NCI cooperative group trials. Dr. Oluoha is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, improving patient outcomes and advancing clinical trials at Texas Oncology. He currently sees patients at two locations in the Houston metro area, with access to multidisciplinary care including medical, radiation and surgical oncologists, genetic evaluation and clinical trials.

Biography: Gary T. Brock, M.D., P.A., specializes in pediatric orthopedic surgery. He has special interest and training in the treatment of pediatric spinal disorders including scoliosis and pediatric sports medicine. Dr. Brock graduated as valedictorian of his class at Clear Creek High School and obtained his bachelor's degree in Biology with honors from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he was elected president of his senior class. He then received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas Medical School and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center affiliated hospitals in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Brock was awarded the Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia with Denis S. Drummond, M.D.Dr. Brock is a nationally recognized advocate for research and treatment of children with spinal disorders. He is a member of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America as well as the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS). He currently represents the Scoliosis Research Society and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons on the Board of Subspecialists with frequent visits to Congress advocating for Pediatric Orthopedics and pediatric spinal disorder issues.Dr. Brock is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and recertified in 2012.
