Care Philosophy: Physician Philosophy: Medicine is a fast evolving science with different aspects changing on a regular base. But there are also paradigms that have lasted many centuries. Primum non nocere - first, do no harm derived from the oath of Hippocrates in ancient Greece, this paradigm is still of utmost important for our patient care. We are here to help and to cure, avoiding harm to the patient at any cost. We strive to take care of the patient's physical illness, but we also thrive to address any emotional or social aspects coming with his illness. As surgeons, we inflict pain by our measures. We aim to manage the pain to the patient's satisfaction with the help of our colleagues, nurses and assistant medical personnel. Failure to do so will delay patient recovery and satisfaction. To provide a comfortable environment for all our patients, physically and emotionally, in our practice and in the hospital, that's what we will be evaluated by.

Biography: Jessica Marshall, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon. After earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida, Dr. Marshall completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, New Jersey. She then went on to complete fellowship training in invasive, bariatric and robotic surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She has specialized training in DaVinci robotic surgical systems, LINX reflux management device surgery and minimally invasive bariatric surgery.

Biography: Dr. Dustin Huynh is co-medical director of Critical Care at Osceola Regional Medical Center. He attended the University of Hawaii - John A. Burns School of Medicine. He went on to complete a surgical critical care fellowship and general surgery residency with University of South Carolina Palmetto Health, where he was nominated for Resident of the Year and was the recipient of the Chief Resident Award. He is board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care. Dr. Huynh is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Society for Critical Care Medicine and Southeastern Surgical Congress. He is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Central Florida, College of Medicine. Other than his interest in trauma and critical care, he specializes in biliary and hernia surgeries. His other areas of interest include minimally invasive laparoscopic/robotic, endocrine, and bread and butter general surgery cases. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travels the world, and anticipates on doing many medical missions in the future.
