He also received his Master™s of Public Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and spent two years at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, focusing on clinical research in patients with endocrine and pancreatic malignancies. Dr. St. Julien completed a fellowship in Advanced GI Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine where he focused on advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical management of patients with complex liver, biliary, pancreatic, foregut, and colorectal diseases.

Care Philosophy: Dr Seth Felder is a board-certified colon and rectal surgical oncologist Associate Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Following fellowship colon and rectal surgical training at the University of Minnesota, he then pursued additional training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Advanced Colorectal Surgical Oncology. He understands the fears patients face with his/her diagnosis, specifically regarding the functional and psychological impact that may result from surgery. He focuses on these important aspects of a patient's quality of life, and when possible, he uses nerve-sparing surgical techniques that can help to preserve anal, bladder, and sexual function.
