Biography: Alvin Ngan, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He specializes in total ankle replacement, foot and ankle deformity, reconstructive surgery, arthroscopic ankle surgery, and foot and ankle trauma surgery. He holds special medical interest in foot and ankle arthritis, reconstructive surgery and total ankle replacement (TAR) surgery.Dr. Ngan treats his patients as he would wish to be treated, speaks to patients on a personal level and encourages second opinions. A Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, he enjoys both the technological and artistic aspects of surgery. Care Philosophy: Daniela Mehech, MD, is a board-certified physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation physician), with a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. Dr. Mehech enjoys getting her patients of all ages and recreation levels moving and being active. She focuses on musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, including acute and overuse injuries, as well as osteoarthritis and tendinopathy. Dr. Mehech has a particular interest in using ultrasound not only to diagnose and treat via ultrasound-guided injections and procedures, but also to educate patients on their conditions. She values working in a collaborative environment with both patients and with other medical professionals such as orthopedic surgeons and physical or occupational therapists. Originally from California, Dr. Mehech is happy to call Washington home. Care Philosophy: Dr. Larisa Martin is board certified in family medicine. Having chosen to be a physician nearly 25 years ago, Dr. Martin remained devoted to her calling. After working as an Otolaryngologist in Russia for eight years, she expanded her scope of practice to acute care and later to family medicine. She is fascinated with family medicine, which gives her a view of the entire person, allows her to use her surgical skills in office procedures and provides a sense of belonging to a community.

She is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and enjoys partnering with diverse populations to provide equitable and exceptional care to all. _x000D_ Dr. Bliss practices compassionate, full-spectrum primary care, treating newborn infants to elders and everyone in between. Her approach is holistic and osteopathic, encompassing the mind, body and spirit. She uses osteopathic (hands-on) techniques to treat many conditions, including headaches, sprains, sinus and upper respiratory infections, joint pain and chronic body pain. She also serves as a faculty member with the Northwest Washington Family Medicine Residency program. Beyond family medicine and obstetrics, her other special interests include dermatologic procedures, family planning, office gynecologic procedures, and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Bovet is passionate about bringing communities together through whole-family care. She prioritizes active listening and works with patients to develop a shared, comprehensive, evidence-based plan to promote health and well-being. Biography: John Rambo, MD, is a family medicine physician offering full-spectrum primary care. He also serves as a faculty member with the Northwest Washington Family Medicine Residency in Bremerton. _x000D_ Dr. Rambo strives to ensure the care he provides is aligned with the goals and needs of his patients and their loved ones, which means his first task is to listen. Biography: Eileen Bailey, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who enjoys caring for medically complex patients of all ages, with special medical interest in women's health. Her areas of expertise include general internal medicine, preventive medicine, geriatrics, women's health, cardiology and treatment of anxiety and depression. A concierge medicine physician, Dr. Bailey loves meeting new people and building strong bonds with her patients. She does this by finding common connections, and ensuring that her patients feel listened to, understood and cared for. Achieving positive outcomes for formerly ill patients and getting them back to their lives makes her feel wonderful.When not busy practicing medicine, Dr. Bailey enjoys hiking, skiing and gardening.
