Care Philosophy: Dr Kubal is an associate member in the Moffitt Cancer Center Malignant Hematology Department. He completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center, completing an MBA concurrently at the University of South Florida. Dr Kubal's research and clinical interests are in myeloid malignancies with a particular focus in acute leukemias. In addition to his clinical efforts, Dr Kubal serves as the medical director of process excellence and is focused on continuous improvement of the patient experience.Dr Kubal serves as Senior Medical Director of Moffitt at Wesley Chapel, and practices full time at the Moffitt Wesley Chapel campus.

Care Philosophy: Dr Al-Jumayli is certified in Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Geriatric Medicine. He received his medical degree from Al-Mustansiriyah University College of Medicine, Iraq. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in New Jersey, followed by a Geriatric Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas. He completed a Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at the University of Kansas. Dr Al-Jumayli's clinical focus is on the treatment of cancer in senior adults, particularly gastrointestinal Oncolgoy (GI) cancer with providing a personalized cancer care based on patients' functional status, general health, values, and goals.

Care Philosophy: ``Out in the community, it's rare that you would have a medical, radiation, and surgical oncologist who see just genitourinary cancers as we do.`` Dr. Mayer Fishman is a genitourinary oncologist and a member of the immunotherapy and experimental therapeutics programs at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is also an associate professor on oncology and internal medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine.

Care Philosophy: Dr Fontaine received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and completed his general surgery residency at Boston University. In 2006, he graduated as chief resident in thoracic surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital - Harvard Medical School. Dr Fontaine began his thoracic surgery practice at University of Montreal but was then recruited to become part of the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Brown Medical School in Providence, RI. He was in charge of developing a thoracic surgery program at one of Brown University's teaching hospitals. In 2011, Dr Fontaine joined Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL - the 3rd largest cancer center in the United States.

Biography: Dr. Thomas Rutherford, MD is an Obstetrics /amp Gynecology Specialist who practices in Tampa, FL. He is 71 years old. Dr. Thomas Rutherford, MD is affiliated with Tampa General Hospital and Tampa General Hospital.

Care Philosophy: Dr Zhang is a Genitourinary Oncologist and Interim Vice Chair of the Department of Genitourinary Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is also an Associate Professor of Oncology and Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. His primary research interest is in integrating tumor evolution dynamics into the treatment for advanced prostate cancer. As the clinical research Director of Moffitt Cancer Center's Genitourinary Oncology Department, he has been the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Investigator of more than 50 phase I, II, and III clinical studies since joining Moffitt in July 2010.

Care Philosophy: Dr Tanvetyanon is a medical oncologist with expertise in lung cancer, mesothelioma and thymic carcinoma. Services offered include a wide array of clinical trials, immunotherapy programs, and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) for malignant mesothelioma. In addition, Dr Tanvetyanon is experienced in managing abnormal findings from lung cancer screening. Dr Tanvetyanon is a health outcomes researcher as well as an epidemiologist. To date, he has published over 50 peer-review articles in medical journals including Journal of Clinical Oncology, Annals of Oncology, Head & Neck and Journal of Thoracic Oncology.

Care Philosophy: Dr Christine Sam is an Assistant Member in the Department of Individualized Cancer Management/Senior Adult Oncology Program. Dr Sam received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency at University of Michigan Health Systems in Ann Arbor. She completed her Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center/University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. Dr Sam's primary clinical interest is the treatment of cancer in older patients and developing care plans tailored to their individual needs. Her focus is the treatment of breast, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary malignancies.

Care Philosophy: Dr Vania Phuoc is an Assistant Member in the Moffitt Cancer Center Department of Medical Oncology and practices at Moffitt at Wesley Chapel. Dr Phuoc received her MD from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She completed a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at the University of South Florida/Moffitt Cancer Center, where she also served as Chief Fellow for the James A Haley Veterans' Hospital. Dr Phuoc's clinical focuses are benign and malignant hematology and breast cancers.
