I was a patient of Dr Berk in 2014, I had cervical cancer. I was treated by the doctor 10 years ago and I am still alive thanks to him.I am forever grateful.

Dr. Berk and the staff at Tampa General Oncologist were great during my radiation treatment. I’m so grateful to have had a great team attending me during this difficult time. So grateful for their attention, empathy and sympathy in attending their patients. Thank you all.

My father was recently diagnosed with glioblastoma — pretty grim news. Rather than give us an informative, helpful overview of my Dad’s treatment options, Dr. Berk gave us a few smug words. Dr. Berk’s general attitude was “uhh you can either do radiation/chemo if you want, or don’t — he’s dead anyway.” A good radio-oncologist can offer a grim treatment plan, but do so in an informative helpful way. Dr. Berk failed to do so.

Very disappointing experience being under his care and having radiation treatments done with 30 treatments. After concluding a 10 month follow up with him,that they missed two tumors.radiologist did not see them nor did he made no comment or apologies. Tumors are now out of control Now a bad situation had to go to Moffit be careful . The tumor that he treated in my head did not even go away he failed to accomplish that as well .
