Biography: Deitrice Chapman, MD is a graduate of Oakwood College and Loma Linda University Medical School. She completed her residency in family practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Chapman is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Dunlap is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for neck and back pain. Biography: Michael J. Griesser, MD received his medical degree from Wright state University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2006. Biography: Richard Davis II, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Davis completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at the Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Davis specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has participated in medical mission trips to Tanzania, Africa and Juarez, Mexico. Dr. Davis sees patients in his Middletown office.

He also completed an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. He is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Venkatarayappa specializes in orthopedic surgery. Biography: Josh Ordway, MD is excited to serve residents of the Miami Valley region through his medical office, Springboro Family Medicine. Dr. Ordway grew up in a village in northwest Ohio. After completing his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University where he was a 3 sport NCAA athlete, Dr. Ordway attended The Ohio State University to take pre-med courses so that he could attend medical school. Dr. Ordway graduated as a doctor of medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency program in Dayton through the Wright State University Family Medicine Program in 2013. Dr. Ordway lives in Springboro with his wife, Megan, and their 3 adorable children. He is a former quasi-professional marathon runner. Some of his accomplishments include winning the 2008 Columbus marathon and running in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic marathon trials, placing 21st and 47th, respectively. Dr. Ordway continues to compete at a high level and can be seen running in local races. Dr. Ordway looks forward to caring for family members spanning from infants to the elderly. Some of his special interests include dermatology, geriatrics, joint injections, pediatrics, skin bump and lump removal, sports medicine and women's health.
