Biography: Dr. Nelson is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed residency training at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis.
