Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Biography: Lauren Sillaman, FNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati in 2015.
