The doctor was very kind and carefully examined my baby and answered all my questions. She was awesome. However, the nurse was disgusting. I asked her if she could schedule check up appointments for my other children as well. But she only took one of the three appointments. She told me to make another appointments in the main office and she even sighed when she left the room. And while I was in the main office making appointments for the other children, she was at the desk next to the receptionist making a private photo album. Her priority seemed to be the photo album rather than the patients. I have never met such a rude nurse in this hospital. So I am very disappointed this time.

I was very impressed with how thorough doctor prenger washed her hands before checking out my girls. She was very personable and helpful.

We are so grateful for Dr. Prenger, so we were pleasantly surprised to discover that she was working the day we had to pop in for this unexpected visit.

This was our first encounter with Dr. Prenger. My husband does all the research when it comes to new providers. We liked her online rating and her reviews. She was very friendly and did not make me feel guilty that my daughter is still waking up nightly.

Dr. Prenger is a wonderful doctor who treats her patients and their families with care and compassion. She's always helpful and knowledgeable. We always look forward to seeing her when we have an appointment with her.

Dr. Prenger always listens to us and asks questions that tell us she is listening and concerned about what is best for our son.

I love that getting a same day appointment with a sick kiddo is easy. My daughter had poison ivy that was itchy and spreading and I'm glad I was able to get her in to be seen so she had a much better weekend.

The office needs a technology upgrade! You should be embarrassed that you are asking patients to complete paper forms. I guarantee the same information is already in your database. Nothing makes me more upset at the doctors office than a paper form. For this reason, I will definitely consider another provider. I spent more time completing the paperwork than the doctor spent examining my child. This is unacceptable. The Dr. was excellent, the office sucks.

Everyone was pleasant and courteous which made liam comfortable with the experience.
