Biography: Anne Reitz, MD is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Dr. Reitz is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Premier Physician Network since 2000.

Biography: Paul A. Krebs, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed the Wright State University Family Medicine Residency Program and The Ohio State University Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. Dr. Krebs is board certified in sports medicine. He has a special interest in interventional ultrasound procedures, platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, and the care of endurance athletes. Biography: Mahalakshmi Sadhu, MD is a graduate of Rangaraya Medical College in Kakinada, India. She completed residency in internal medicine at Advocate Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, IL and Bellevue Hospital/New York University Langone Medical Center in New York, NY. Dr. Sadhu is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Sadhu is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Warren Ljungren, MD is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Ljungren has a special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Ljungren has been with Beavercreek Family Medicine since its foundation in 1987.

Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Annadorai Kalahasthy, MD is a graduate of Guntur Medical School in Guntur, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Dr. Kalahasthy is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. She completed her family medicine residency at University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. Dr. Gupta is board certified in family medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Medicine. She is a member of several organizations including the American Medical Association, North American Menopausal Society, and Ohio State Medical Association.

Biography: Richard Surowiec, MD received his medical degree from Saint Louis University in 2006. Dr. Surowiec completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency from Wright State University in 2010. Dr. Surowiec is board certified in internal medicine.

Biography: Julia A. Boyd, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State School of Medicine.
