Biography: Medicine combines all my passions complex problem solving, helping people and working with my hands into one field. \n My approach to working with patients is to educate and guide them to make the best healthcare decisions for themselves. I feel it's my job to give patients as much information as I can and share my own perspectives to help them choose what's right for them. Every woman is different, and I honor my patients' individuality by tailoring a plan just for them. \n I'm originally from eastern North Carolina and moved to the coast for my medical training and knew this is where I wanted to make my home. My biggest passion in life - outside my work as an OB/GYN - is raising strong, intelligent and independent young women. In my free time, I love spending time with my family.
