So disappointed
After waiting months for this appointment I was turned away. I had a 12 on my calendar and the appointment was at 11:30 apparently. An honest scheduling error. I’m new to town and Had very important questions for this doctor. I had filled out all my online information as requested. I had all of my records sent over from my previous doctor. I have great insurance. There was nobody there except me the receptionist and the doctor. Completely empty. I understand he needs to take a lunch break. Completely. I even understand you couldn’t do an exam, but you didn’t have enough time to just answer a question for me after waiting this long? This negative review is for your bedside manner and how little you care about your patients. I am so beyond disappointed. Now, I’m back in the system for more months on end. It’ll definitely be with a different doctor.

Dr. Bodenheimer is very calming, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I was worried about my condition and he calmed my fears. He is very prompt and is getting my surgery out of the way quickly. I never thought I’d find a Gynecologist I liked as much as the one I had in my hometown but I have done it!! (Yay me!)

I was extremely nervous about my appointment. He was kind and knowledgeable with a great way of calming nerves. He answered all my questions and explained in such a nice manner. He was personable and had a great sense of humor too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.
