Biography: Matthew Lawless, MD, is a graduate of the University of Louisville, and completed his residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Lawless completed a sports medicine fellowship at Methodist Sports Medicine Center in Indianapolis and is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Lawless specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine issues related to the knee including ACL surgery, meniscus and cartilage pathology, patellofemoral disorders, adult reconstruction, total and partial knee replacements and revision surgery. Dr. Lawless is the Director of Sports Medicine at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine and team physician for Wright State University and Fairborn High School. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and Dayton Orthopaedic Society.

Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. He lives in Dayton with his wife and two children. Dr. Allen is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Dr. Sadikov is a dedicated family medicine physician with a passion for comprehensive care. Biography: Joseph S. Leithold, MD has been in practice in Beavercreek since 1996. After spending the beginning of his career as a physician's assistant, Dr. Leithold decided to attend Wright State University's School of Medicine to become a physician. Dr. Leithold - who prefers his patients call him Dr. Joe - completed his internship and residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania, then returned to provide family practice care to the Dayton area.
