Biography: Svjetlana Lozo MD, MPH is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and subspecialized in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive surgery (Urogynecology). Dr. Lozo completed her fellowship at University of Chicago and NorthShore University Health System. She provides patient centered medical and surgical care for women with urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fistula and pelvic floor trauma. Biography: Dr. Unwanaobong U. Nseyo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Nseyo joined the Weill Cornell Urology department from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California where she was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Urology following the completion of her subspecialty fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery also at USC. Prior to her fellowship, Dr. Nseyo completed her Urology residency at the University of California-San Diego where she was recognized for her commitment to research throughout her training and awarded the George W. Kaplan Research Award. She received her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine where she was the recipient of the Mary W. and Foster G. McGraw Merit Full Tuition Scholarship. Dr. Nseyo also obtained a Master's of Health Science from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health while she was conducting translational research at the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute as part of the Biomedical Research Training Program for Underrepresented Groups Post-Baccalaureate Research Program. She earned her Bachelor's degree in History and Science at Harvard University. Dr. Nseyo's clinical focus is on female reconstructive urology, including prolapse and urinary incontinence, and complex voiding dysfunction, especially in a neurogenic bladder population. She also has expertise in minimally invasive and robotic techniques for complex reconstruction. Dr. Nseyo's clinical practice is complemented by a robust research portfolio in health services and clinical research around issues of quality and access to care among underserved patient populations. She has been recognized by the American Urological Association for her commitment to research early in her career through her selection for AUA's Early Career Investigator's Workshop and Urology Scientific Mentoring and Research Training cohort. She is a reviewer for several major urology journals and has a diverse publication record spanning from basic science to history. She is also an active member of AUA, serving on its History Committee, and is involved in non-profit efforts to improve the pipeline of urologists from underrepresented backgrounds.

Dr. Rackow joined the department in 2011, after spending more than seven years at Yale University. She has developed a particular expertise in reproductive surgery including advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, management of congenital anomalies of the female reproductive tract, and the diagnosis and management of polycystic ovarian syndrome in adolescents and adults. She directs the Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Program at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of NewYork-Presbyterian. This unique program is the first of its kind at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital, and in Manhattan. Dr. Rackow enjoys teaching fellows, residents and medical students, and has received numerous awards recognizing her teaching ability. Biography: Mary L. Rosser, MD, PhD, NCMP is the Director of Integrated Women's Health and the Richard U. and Ellen J. Levine Assistant Professor of Women's Health (in Obstetrics and Gynecology) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She joined the faculty of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University in April 2018 to provide routine gynecology care and to further develop a comprehensive well-woman program. She has been a practicing obstetrician gynecologist for more than 20 years, starting in private practice and then joining the faculty at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. While at Montefiore, she created, launched, and led the forty-person Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Rosser received her undergraduate degree at Emory University and a PhD in Endocrinology at the Medical College of Georgia. She attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Emory University.She is also a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner, able to provide high-quality care for patients at menopause and beyond. Primary care and heart disease in women have always been areas of focus for Dr. Rosser. She conducted basic science research on heart disease during graduate school and was the Chair of the "Women & Heart Disease Physician Education Initiative" for District II of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She continues to conduct clinical studies around patient awareness and understanding of heart disease and well-woman care. Dr. Rosser serves on the Medical Leadership Team of the Go Red for Women movement of the American Heart Association and she is ACOG's liaison to the American College of Cardiology.
