Was suppose to deliver my daughter five years ago. She couldn’t due to an emergency...I have not seen her since my daughter was born...each time I schedule an appointment it’s with different doctors and interns

I have been a long-standing patient at this office. I was actually a patient with the doctor whose practice Dr. Gupta took over. With that said, I have not been able to see Dr. Gupta herself, even though my chart says my next appointment is supposed to be with her. Instead I get phone calls from the office the week of my appointment to tell me she will not be in the office and if I would like to see someone else or reschedule. It has been three times now in the course of a month.

i went 3 times and never met the doctor. Only the assistants will see and they are in a rush to make surgery appointment as well, i went 3 times to see dr. gupta, literally 2 hours away by the graveyard, where her office is. Only PA is available, she's too busy doing surgeries and charging the insurance company chunk money. Why even bother to see a patient with a critical, complicated case. Been going to the Qns office for over 3yrs & have never met Dr Gupta or seen her in the office. It's a different person each time, her interns maybe? Office is run down but clean. Wait time is typical. Reception staff is just ok. With the exception of the last person I saw there (young African American woman, she was great) I feel like they just went through the motions of routine procedures and beyond that I wasn't really listened to or given adequate care. I'm looking for a new provider.

I have gotten top-notch care and service. A minor emerg. came up before my first visit. I saw the dr. same day. What impressed me most: I recently had surgery with Dr. Gupta. She was so caring, calm, helpful. Right before gen. anesthesia she held my hand and made me feel loved, like a mother would. Manhattan office is crowded and not very modern, but I prefer that to a doctor spending a fortune on their office. I respect what she is doing, running a walk-in clinic (you can also make an appt).

Nice enough doctor but the most unprofessional and unreliable young, immature office staff that I have ever encountered. You must call and continue calling for minor routine paperwork requests that most other doctors offices in this day and age would very efficiently send to you with one click of a button. They are young unprofessional rude girls that do not take their job seriously and unfortunately give this doctor a bad reputation. Dont go here.

I even don't know why I came to this office having a great insurance; dirty place, arrogant receptionist, waiting on the table for consultation for about one hour.. How is that possible?

Good doctor but You will wait a long long long time. I can understand a one off unexpected delay from time to time, but I've always had to wait 2 hours and more just in the waiting room.

I didnt see dr gupta but dr kristin.. I came the first time to do consultation.. She started with listend my problem and put in the computer.. Since she know i dont have insurance she made like theres nothing to do to help me cos i dont have insurance.. Come again onemore time another day to do ultrasound and she only said, 'i didnt see the egg'.. And thats it.. No solution.. I wont comeback to this cliniqe anymore..
