Biography: Khurram Nazir earned his M.D degree form Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore, Pakistan. Before moving to the states, he completed a year of internship in his home country. He was involved in clinical research at Harvard Medical Center, Boston, MA before joining North Shore University Hospital, Long Island, NY for his training in Neurology. He was elected as the Chief Resident in his final year and chose to stay for an extra year of fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology. He is a diplomate of American board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a member of American Academy of Neurology, American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Florida Medical Association. He has recently joined Brain and Spine Center, LLC.

He then completed an internship and residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. He went on to complete a fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma and Foot and Ankle Surgery at Harborview Medical Center at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He also completed a hand fellowship from the Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery in Louisville, KY. Dr. Dewey is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery. He has been with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Medical Center Clinic since 2008.
