Great surgeon!
Truly cares for and about his patients. Sometimes a bit of a wait but it’s worth it because he gives me the time that I need.

Wouldn’t want ANYONE else! Palmer does God’s work!
Dr. Palmer performed a perfect surgery on my broken ankle! His gentle bed side manner, and Christian faith set him apart from the rest. His MA McKenzie will go above and beyond to make sure your visit at TOC is a positive one. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer for anyone in need of an Orthopedic Surgeon :)

Knee surgery
I will never go back to this Orthopaedic Clinic again. This is the second surgery not just this doctor but another previous one that messed me up. This time Dr. Palmer did arthroscopic knee surgery and it is 5-10x worse now than before. He said it was a simple surgery and assured was 100% success but then after surgery he said everyone heals differently, and could just be inflammation says its this and that and doesn't want to hear about the pain you're having and that he did that is causing it. I've been out of work for a year with pain, swelling with activity, and if I had known my life was going to change this much I would have got a 2nd opinion and probably never had this surgery in the first place. I should have went with my instinct instead of putting it in his hands. Now I have to decide to have another surgery or deal with it most of my life until I'm old enough for a knee replacement.

I have used the Ortho Clinic since 2016 and received exceptional care, pleasant office visits, etc. BILLING this year has been a nightmare with the Processing Center NOT getting it right and being billed several times over. Contacted them numerous times with dates and proof of payment but 3 months later, I'm STILL receiving bills. Not good

my brother has dementia, had hip replacement surgery, let him go home next day, fell to many times, called dr. palmer, said not his fault, 4 times to hospital, no help, in ambulance, had to do second surgery , because was out of joint from his first fall, spent 1 more week in hospital after surgery, then 3 weeks in physical rehab, never seen dr. palmer since left rehab, and dr. palmer staff is a joke, they lie , would not let him treat anyone, talking to a lawyer now

I just had surgery today. It wasn’t a big deal, just a cyst removal on my index finger. I found Dr. Palmer to be very thorough and explained the procedure in a way I could understand. He was very professional and caring and did a great job. I would not hesitate to have him perform surgery on me again.

I am very impressed with Dr. Palmer. As a patient, I did not feel rushed and he gave a clear explanation of my problem and began with the most conservative treatment. I am very appreciative of his services
