Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Guillermo Ludi is board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He was awarded his medical degree from Universidad Nacional De Cordoba in Cordoba, Argentina in 1981. He completed his residency in general surgery at River Plate Adventist Hospital in San Martin, Argentina and also completed residency in Internal Medicine at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, OH in 1995. Dr. Ludi is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine Physicians. He specializes in internal medicine and sees patients from 16 to geriatric. He is a rounding physician at Highland Manor Nursing Home and Westmoreland Care and Rehabilitation Center. Some of the services that he provides include: Chronic Disease Treatment (Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol), Well Adult Exams, Preventive Measures and Cancer Screenings, Adult Immunizations, Joint Injections, Skin Biopsies, Skin Moles/Tags Excision, Minor Surgical Procedures, Workers Compensation and Physicals. Biography: Dr. David DeBoer is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery. He co-founded Southern Joint Replacement Institute in 1999 along with Michael Christie, MD. Their goal was to create a practice that combined quality patient care with state-of-the-art technology and cutting-edge research. Dr. DeBoer's medical education started and finished at Vanderbilt University, where he earned a medical doctorate and a master's degree in biomedical engineering. After finishing his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center, Dr. DeBoer also completed a fellowship under Dr. Michael Christie at Vanderbilt. Dr. DeBoer is the Joint Replacement Research Program Director for Sarah Cannon Research Institute. His research focuses on improving the outcome of joint replacement surgery and the biomechanics of the hip and knee joints. He is currently the chairman of the Clinical Best Practice Committee on Joint Replacement Surgery for the 180 hospitals in the HCA Healthcare network. Biography: Dr. James Rubright, MD is a Hand Surgery Specialist who practices in Lebanon, TN. He is 44 years old and has been practicing for 26 years. Dr. James Rubright, MD is affiliated with TriStar Centennial Medical Center.

Biography: Benjamin P. Debelak, DO, received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a minor in chemistry from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, MI, and he received his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He completed his orthopaedic surgery internship and residency from Michigan State University in Lansing, MI. Following residency, he came to The Hughston Foundation for a one-year orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship. After receiving his sports medicine training he returned to Michigan to work as a team physician and surgeon. Most recently, he worked in Waynesville, NC, as director of sports medicine for the Haywood County School District. Dr. Debelak is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Debelak has a passion for sports medicine and the health of athletes. He has treated athletes and worked with the sports medicine teams of Central Michigan University, Michigan State, Valdosta State, and Columbus State University. He also treated professional hockey players and provided team coverage for high school athletes in Georgia, Michigan, and North Carolina. Dr. Debelak will work in our Tennessee clinics and devote his practice to sports injuries and the care of athletes.
