Dr. Christopher Holloway, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Holloway for years. He'll go out of his way to resolve your medical issues and address any issue you may have with staff. I trust his decisions and advice.

July 29th, 2023 Dr Holloway cancelled all my future appointments today because I called up and asked to speak to him about one of his staff that was rude over the phone to me. He’s a good Doctor. I won’t take that away from him, however it’s not good business practice to cancel patients/customers who refuse to let people treat them poorly. I guess in todays environment it’s easier to dismiss a patient as opposed to properly train office staff and/or find staff who can be both capable in their duties and an ambassador for the business. I was told the reason for the dismissal was because I was rude to staff. If they had a recording of the phone conversation nothing could have been further from the truth. The person who was rude to me must have been family or someone who has his complete confidence. I thought with the doctor/patient relationship we had he would have at least spoke to me about the situation before dismissing me as a patient. His staff has been rude to me before.

Dr. Holloway cares about his patient and takes the time to listen to the problem.

First appt and I felt that by the time we were done, Dr Holloway had a very good grasp on my health and would be able to assist with all health concerns.

Dr. Holloway and his staff are excellent. They are professional, kind and attentive to my health-care needs. Dr. Holloway has been my doctor for a long time. He has always taken the time to ensure that I understand information concerning my health-care needs. I am glad to have him and his staff as health-care providers.

I was dismissed abruptly from this practice. It turned out this was a problem that I thought had been resolved with the doctor already - I’d written an online review which Dr. Holloway felt reflected negatively on him. That review was apparently the basis for the dismissal, but I’m confused....I located this previous review and it’s nearly TWO YEARS OLD! Not only do I feel that patients SHOULD be able to write about their experiences honestly without fearing that the doctor will stop seeing them, but is this reality? The review sat there for TWO YEARS before he took action to boot me from the practice? Either something else is going on or this is beyond unprofessional. There ALSO has been no continuity of care. I discovered that the dismissal happened approximately 10 days ago. Dr. Holloway’s office cut me off with zero willingness to refill prescriptions and no access to immediate medical care until I find another physician. That is NOT typical when it is the physician ending care!

Always takes the time needed and has improved my quality of life.

Professional Staff. Excellent Customer Service. Dr. Holloway was friendly, patient, and attentive.

He takes his time & listening skills seriously! Because of of the current situation & my personal problems-the schedule was a minor problem,only.. I didn’t think the poor front staff should say an extra office visit charge would occur if I address another problem beside my physical? I think the Doctor can handle anything during this time-why would anyone make 2 visits if the Doctor can do it in one-these are special times.

Dr Halloway is awesome guy very knowledgeable and great person. Been my doctor since years back I moved came back he hasn’t missed a beat great staff at the crossing

Dr. Holloway has been my primary care provider for many years. He has been a caring listener, putting this Nervous Nelly at ease. He understands I am not a patient looking for a pill to fix everything. He's a dedicated volunteer providing medical care/needs to children of impoverished areas of our World. I recall when I chose Dr. Holloway. The Insurance Clerk remarked, "Oh, you are going to like Dr. Holloway." She wasn't wrong.

My last visit on 7-7-20 was a follow up. I am 77 and in good health for my age and I believe I owe Dr. Christopher Holliway credit for his constant vigil of my Health needs and well being. HE is friendly, always smiling and always attentive and alert to any change in my medical needs. I trust this Dr. with my life and recommend him to my family and friends. If you are looking for good caring HEALTH professional I recommend this outstanding Dr. as your first choice. you will be glad you did. SLG.

I'm so greatful to have Dr. Holloway as my Doctor.. He is a fantastic doctor... he really cares about his patients..He listens and talks to you.. Dr. Holloway is professional and knowledgeable ... Ah heck... hess a darned fine doctor and I appreciate him..

What a joy to walk into an office full of professionals. Their professionalism shows from the time you arrive and even after your visit. The staff mirrors that of Dr. Holloway. One can tell that they have their expectations for the climate have been well defined to them and expected. I refuse to go to any other doctor's office.
