Biography: Michael Soung, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in all aspects of primary and preventive care for adults, with a special interest in patient education. Dr. Soung takes the whole person into consideration when working to improve their health. He sees himself as a guide, assisting his patients to navigate through their health difficulties and develop a plan of care. He considers it an honor and privilege to have patients share their concerns with him and to earn their trust. _x000D_ In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Soung teaches resident physicians through the Virginia Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Frechette welcomes the opportunity to engage with her patients and get to know them on a personal level. Her goal is to develop a relationship of trust with each patient as quickly as she can, so they know they can come to her with their questions and concerns. Arriving at a diagnosis, implementing treatment and impacting a patient's life in a positive way is a primary source of satisfaction for her.Dr. Frechette is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.Away form work, Dr. Frechette enjoys spending time with her two girls and husband. Together, they enjoy the outdoors and horseback riding.

Biography: Kaori Yoshida, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in primary care for adults. While she treats a wide variety of medical conditions, her main focus is on talking about preventive care with her patients. She enjoys developing long-term relationships with them, and strives to understand and prioritize their health care needs and goals. _x000D_ Away from work, she enjoys cooking and eating good food, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Biography: Monica Waldie, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in primary care for adults. Biography: William Callahan, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. He specializes in primary care sports medicine and non-operative orthopedics including care of acute and overuse injuries as well as osteoarthritis, tendinopathy and other degenerative musculoskeletal conditions. He has experience with musculoskeletal ultrasound including selected ultrasound-guided injections and procedures including Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and corticosteroid injection. _x000D_ Dr. Callahan sees himself as a coach, educating and actively involving his patients in their care, and organizing the extended team of providers who may offer additional assistance, such as physical therapists or orthopedic surgeons. _x000D_ Dr. Callahan is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. _x000D_ Outside of medicine he enjoys running, skiing, mountain biking, camping, barbecuing, gardening and spending time with his wife and their two great kids.
