Biography: Matthew Stone, DO is a graduate of Anderson University and Ohio University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Wright State University and Miami Valley Hospital. Dr. Stone is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Stone is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Ohio State Medical Association.

Biography: Anoopa Hodges, DO has shared her expertise in managing acute and chronic illness in the adult population, including geriatrics, since 2004. Dr. Hodges has focused on preventative care medicine in a personal and friendly atmosphere since 2009. As a doctor of osteopathic medicine, she is able to perform manipulative treatment as well. As a Primary Care Physician, she oversees all aspects of a patient's care and refers to specialists when necessary. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Daniel Butler, MD, FACS graduated from University of Indiana School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He completed residency from Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Butler is board certified in general surgery. Dr. Butler is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons and a member of Throckmorton Surgical Society, The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and American Trauma Society. He has practiced at Roosevelt Surgical Associates and for more than 25 years and served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 30 years.
