He is a member of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. Dr. Garland completed his Residency at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and attended Texas Tech Medical School. Dr. Garland has created a series of informational videos. In the first, he discusses the signs, symptoms, and risk factors.
