He completed his urological surgery residency at the Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia, PA in 2019. He received excellent training in all aspects of urology, particularly endourology, prosthetics and reconstruction, oncology and general urology. His training also included time at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Fox Chase Cancer Center. After residency, he completed an additional year of fellowship training in robotics and urologic oncology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation Florida in 2020. His robotics training was primarily focused on robotic radical prostatectomy and kidney surgery. After fellowship Dr. Lester accepted a position in 2020 with the Central Ohio Urology Group located in Columbus, OH. He spent two and half years with the practice before moving back to Virginia.
