Our first visit to that office and our first time meeting Dr. Bernstein. We had our reservations that he would be patient with an elderly woman given his years of training in an intense military environment but we were overjoyed at his "bedside manner" when engaging with her. He was very patient with her questions, he spoke loudly for her to hear, and he made her feel good about her health. It was a very positive experience and we have since recommended Dr. Bernstein to others.

Not happy with
I have yet to meet Dr Bernstein. I have been fobbed off onto his NP and told I will not see him until I have surgery. I am not happy with this practice and looking for somewhere else to be treated. They took 5 days to notify me that I had a UTI.
