He has also been involved with many student athlete programs including Emory University and Georgia Tech as well as professional teams "Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and the Atlanta Hawks.

Care Philosophy: As an orthopaedic trauma and upper extremity surgeon Dr. Baldwin aims to help patients restore function and quality of life in their time of need. Whether it be an acute traumatic injury or chronic pathology, Dr. Baldwin takes great pride in helping his patients maximize their recovery and works closely with his patients and their families to ensure total patient care is optimized.Raised in Central Florida Dr. Baldwin and his wife and two dogs relocated to Savannah Georgia from Jacksonville, Florida. Outside of work Dr. Baldwin can be found spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys traveling, cooking, and fishing.

Biography: Dr. Hoffman specializes in the treatment of shoulder and knee problems, including shoulder and knee arthroscopy, knee ligament reconstruction, and shoulder and knee replacement surgery. He is a graduate of Duke University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals. Dr. Hoffman then served four years as an orthopaedic surgeon in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander, before joining Chatham Orthopaedic Associates in 2003. He is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in sports medicine awarded by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.Dr. Hoffman provides medical care for the Savannah College of Art and Design's athletic teams. Dr. Hoffman is Medical Director for the Merit Independent Physician Association, former chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Memorial Health University Medical Center, a member of Memorial's joint replacement center of excellence, and is past president of the Medical Staff at Memorial.

Biography: Dr. Samaddar specializes in treating all injuries and conditions of the hand and upper extremities, including fractures and arthritis of the hand, wrist, and elbow. He has special expertise in treating nerve injuries, including peripheral nerve injuries, compression neuropathies (carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel), complex microsurgical reconstruction, and upper extremity trauma. Dr. Samaddar also specializes in minimally invasive treatment, including endoscopic carpal tunnel release. Dr. Samaddar completed his specialty training in hand, upper extremity and microvascular surgery from the University of Alabama at Birmingham after completing his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina. During his training, Dr. Samaddar assisted in the care of multiple high school, collegiate and professional teams, including Charleston Battery Soccer, Charleston Riverdogs Baseball, the University of Alabama at Birmingham and PGA TOUR golf professionals. Outside of the office, Dr. Samaddar is an avid golfer and outdoorsman. In addition, he enjoys watching football, golf, tennis and baseball. He and his wife, a Hilton Head Island native, have four children who love spending time on the water and at the local beaches.
