Biography: Anessa Alappatt, MD is a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Indiana University's Methodist Hospital. Dr. Alappatt is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Fairborn Medical Center and Premier Physician Network since January 2008.

Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. Dr. Swartzwelder-Cozad is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. She is board certified in family medicine.

Biography: Terez Metry, MD is a graduate of Zagazig University in Egypt. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Metry is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has special interest in Women's Health and Diabetes. Dr. Metry has been associated with Premier Physician Network since 1996.

Biography: Julia A. Boyd, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State School of Medicine. Biography: Annadorai Kalahasthy, MD is a graduate of Guntur Medical School in Guntur, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. He has a special interest in preventative care, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, and chronic disease. Dr. Kalahasthy has been with Huber Heights Family Care since 2000.

Biography: Josh Ordway, MD is excited to serve residents of the Miami Valley region through his medical office, Springboro Family Medicine. Dr. Ordway grew up in a village in northwest Ohio. After completing his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University where he was a 3 sport NCAA athlete, Dr. Ordway attended The Ohio State University to take pre-med courses so that he could attend medical school. Dr. Ordway graduated as a doctor of medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency program in Dayton through the Wright State University Family Medicine Program in 2013. Dr. Ordway lives in Springboro with his wife, Megan, and their 3 adorable children. He is a former quasi-professional marathon runner. Some of his accomplishments include winning the 2008 Columbus marathon and running in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic marathon trials, placing 21st and 47th, respectively. Dr. Ordway continues to compete at a high level and can be seen running in local races. Dr. Ordway looks forward to caring for family members spanning from infants to the elderly. Some of his special interests include dermatology, geriatrics, joint injections, pediatrics, skin bump and lump removal, sports medicine and women's health. Dr. Ordway is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Quratulain Aziz, MD of the Premier Physician Network is accepting new patients with some same day appointments available. Dr. Aziz is a provider at Premier Health Primary Care - Beavercreek. She is a Graduate of King Edward Medical University (Pakistan). She completed residency at Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners (MI). Dr. Aziz is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Aziz's goal is to develop mutual respect and understanding with her patients, to give them individualized care with shared decision making. She provides care that encompasses prevention and disease management for the adult population. Her special interest is in chronic disease management. Biography: Ronald Pohlman, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians, and in Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Pohlman has been with Beavercreek Family Medicine since 2000.
