Care Philosophy: My father influenced me to pursue a medical career and outstanding mentors instilled me with enthusiasm for Urology. I still love it. Each patient is different and presents unique issues. I really enjoy applying the latest information and technological advances for the benefit of my patients. This includes use of the DaVinci surgical computer enhanced robot which mimics my hand and instrument motion and allows me to see a 3-dimensional view allowing me greater precision to be a better surgeon.

Biography: Dr. Kareem Eid, MD, is a highly accomplished and board-certified surgeon specializing in Transplant and General Surgery at HCA Florida Fawcett Surgical Specialists. He earned his MD from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2002, and a Master of Health and Science in 2006. Dr. Eid completed his Internship and Residency at Ain Shams University, followed by a US Residency at the University of Texas Health and Science Center, San Antonio, TX, in 2015. In 2017, he further specialized with a Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Eid's expertise and commitment to patient care make him a respected leader in the surgical field.
