Dr. Brus is the best doctor that a patient could choose. He knows medicine and uses his skills to listen and then actively resolve whatever issues you have.His wellness checkups are thorough .He is a great doctor. I am lucky to have found him.

Dr Brus failed to treat my complaint seriously. I had considerable groin pain which he only diagnosed as muscle strain after an MRI of the hip in April '18. The pain continued for another 6 weeks radiating down my right leg as well. He told me to "take baby steps" and to "stand on one leg." Nothing worked. I went to an orthopedist, acupunturist and chiropractor. after leaving his office I went to a doctor my chiropractor refferred to me--a physiatrist. Through her efforts in June she ordered a MRI of lower sprine and then a CAT scan which showed clearly I had a soft issue mass in my pelvis. This turned out to be a cancer which was idential in nature to one I'd had 6 years previously----when I was still under Dr Brus' care as my primary. All he'd had to do was check my medical history and take my complaint of constant pain seriously! My chemotherapy was not started then till July.--a late start due to this doctor's uncaring treatment. Obviously he is no longer my primary.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brus for over 20 years. The man has always been 100% correct with any problems I have had. He listens well and takes time with me. He is a very caring person, man and doctor. I only have had good experiences with him. I would recommend him very highly. I really appreciate everything he has done for me.

Dr Brus has been my prime care provider for the time I spend in Sarasota. He is absolutely fantastic: he listens, he explains, and I have found him to be an excellent diagnostician. He also has excellent nurse practitioners and overall I am impressed with the level of care I can receive there.
