In fellowship, he co-authored a textbook chapter on robotic-assisted surgery while also being involved in cutting edge translational prostate cancer research at the JWCI. Care Philosophy: My practice is focused on making urological care more effective and more safe. We now have the imaging tools to detect prostate cancers at their earliest stage, the genetic biomarkers to help determing which cancers can simply be observed and which cancers need to be treated, and the ablation technology to destroy tumors and spare normal tissue resulting in clearly better outcomes for our patients.
