Medical College in India; he completed his surgical residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in New York. Biography: Dr. Faseeh Khaja, MD is board certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology. He joins Pinellas Hematology Oncology after serving as a medical oncologist/hematologist at the University of Florida Health Cancer Center at Orlando Health. Dr. Khaja received his bachelor's degree from Houston Baptist University, where he double majored in biology and chemistry and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He graduated from Ross University School of Medicine with Honors and completed his internal medicine residency at Orlando Health.Dr. Khaja then went on to complete his medical oncology and hematology fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center - Orlando, where he was part of several research projects and published as a lead author. Dr. Khaja has served as associate clinical professor for both Florida State College of Medicine and University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He holds membership in both the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. He enjoys caring for his patients and spends his free time working out and spending time with his family. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu.

Biography: Dr. Saraswathi Cappelle is an Assistant Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Cappelle received her DO degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton, Florida. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency, followed by a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She then completed an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Dr. Cappelle joins us from Temple University Hospital where she was appointed as Assistant Professor of Medicine and Assistant Endoscopy Director. Dr. Cappelle's clinical and research interests include pancreatic cystic neoplasms, pancreaticobiliary disease, gastrointestinal malignancies, therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound and colonic gastrointestinal endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR).

Biography: Dr. Reshma Ramlal clinical interest focuses on the care of patients undergoing allogeneic transplantation for myeloid malignancies. Prior to joining Moffitt, Dr. RamlaI was a Malignant Hematologist and Bone Marrow Transplantation physician at the University of Kentucky, Markey Cancer Center for 8 years. She joined the Markey Cancer Center after completion of her BMT fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. During her time in Kentucky, she served as the Interim Medical Director of the Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy program for two years. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care with compassion and understanding. Dr. Ramlal research interests include methods to mitigate complications of allogeneic transplantation and improve clinical outcomes.

Biography: Dr. Koji Honda graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.S. in Computer Science in 1997 and Finch University of Health Sciences, Chicago Medical School with a M.S. in Medical Radiation Physics in 1999. Dr. Honda then graduated from Des Moines University with a D.O. in 2004. Honda has been with Lutz Surgical Partners since 2011.
