Biography: Dr. Kneeman is an interventional pain physician who completed residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Washington in Seattle. He then moved to Chicago to complete an interventional pain fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago, during which he learned state-of-the-art techniques to help manage complex musculoskeletal and spinal conditions. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal and nerve-related pain disorders, including interventional treatments for neuropathic pain, complex regional pain syndrome, spinal stenosis, vertebral compression fractures, and persistent pain after surgery. Care Philosophy: While pursuing my undergraduate degree in organismal biology at the University of Kansas, I was a wide receiver on the Kansas Jayhawks football team. This experience helped give me special insight and compassion for sports-related injuries. My approach to patient care is somewhat like what was instilled in me in playing football and other sports. I see my relationship with my patients as a team effort. My goal is that we make decisions together based on what they need and want from the care I provide.
