Biography: Dr. Blom is a board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction. Although Dr. Blom practices General Orthopaedics as well as Ortho Trauma, his particular interest is in Joint Replacement. Specifically the management of arthritic diseases of the hip and knee. Dr. Blom received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1991. He completed his internship at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in 1992 and his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center in 2001. Dr. Blom completed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at the University of Colorado. Prior to starting private practice, Dr. Blom spent 16 years in the United States Army. During that time he had been deployed many times to areas including Haiti, Central America, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Dr. Blom Specializes in Adult Reconstruction which is a subspecialty of Orthopaedic Surgery that deals with degenerative conditions of the hip and knee; as well as arthritis, bone and joint injuries, muscle problems, joint stiffness, pain and sports related injuries.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Man Le earned his medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his residency in Anesthesia at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He practiced anesthesia for several years before discovering the then-new field of pain management. It was a new field I wanted to explore, Dr. Le says. I saw a lot of people suffering from chronic pain. It was a big obstacle in their lives and I realized I could make a difference. That led him to pursue fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Georgetown. He comes to Pain Relief Centers " Boca Raton from South Florida Pain Relief Centers, where he served as medical director for the past 3 years. Previously, he worked at the Comprehensive Pain Management Center in Baton Rouge, La. Before that, Dr. Le served as an attending physician for the Department of Anesthesia and as the medical director for the Pain Management Center at Boca Raton Regional Hospital for more than 10 years. His love of innovation in medicine and individualized care led him to Pain Relief Center. Helping people is very fulfilling to me and you have to be open to finding the best solution for each patient. In his spare time, Dr. Le enjoys tennis, sports and travel. Biography: Seif Elbualy, M.D., is the director of interventional pain management at Baptist Health's Marcus Neuroscience Institute. Dr. Elbualy joined the Marcus Neuroscience Institute from the Comprehensive Center for Pain Management at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, where he served as director. He is currently an affiliate assistant professor at the Charles A. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. He has more than 25 years of experience utilizing medication management and interventional pain therapy. He performs all fluoroscopically guided epidural and selective nerve root blocks, ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and radiofrequency denervation. He has additional expertise in spinal cord stimulation, DRG stimulation and intrathecal pump implantation.
