Biography: Dr. Sean Meiner, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon at HCA Florida Fort Walton Beach Neurosurgery, currently welcoming new patients. He earned his BS in Biology from the University of Washington in 2000 and his MD from the University of Texas HSC at Houston in 2008. Dr. Meiner completed his internship in 2008-09 and his residency in Neurosurgery in 2015, both at the University of Texas HSC at Houston. Biography: Dr. Robert Barry Lurate is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon caring for patients in Pensacola, Florida and the greater Escambia county area. Dr. Lurate received his undergraduate degree in Engineering from Mississippi State University and his medical degree from University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his internship and residency at Louisiana State University. Dr. Lurate is a United States veteran. He was in the U.S. Navy Reserves assigned to the U.S. Naval Hospital Marine Reserve Center in Shreveport, Louisiana from October 1988 to June 1993. He also served on the United Nations Protection Force during Operation Provide Promise in Zagreb, Croatia. He has earned several Military Awards including the National Defense Medal.
