Biography: Aleda Johnson, MD, who was born in Cleveland, graduated in 1996 from the University of Michigan with her Bachelor's of Science degree in psychology. In 2000, she graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and in 2003, she completed her residency at the Bethesda Family Practice Residency Program in Cincinnati. For most of the last 14 years, Dr. Johnson has lived in the greater Cincinnati area. She is married with two children and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Tricia Neu is a Certified Diabetes Educator and is also certified in Advanced Care Life Support and Basic Life Support. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau (Nursing Honor Society) and Phi Theta Kappa (Collegiate Honor Society).Tricia has publications in The Journal of Excellence in College Teaching and The American Journal of Health Sciences.

Biography: Richard Davis II, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Davis completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at the Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Davis specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has participated in medical mission trips to Tanzania, Africa and Juarez, Mexico. Dr. Davis sees patients in his Middletown office.

Biography: Dr. Seema Azher is an osteopathic family doctor in Liberty Township. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lancing, MI.
