My experience is what I've come to expect from my PCP Carrie P., she's the utmost professional. I never fell rushed, she order the necessary test and always explain the reason. Although I have daily medication to take she always go over them just to make sure I'm getting the maximum benefits.

The staff of Monroe Medical Center treated me with respect and kindness from the receptionist upon entry to the scheduler for follow-up appointments. Carrie Pohlman is professional, intent and understanding of my health and well being. Her manners are extraordinary and explains her thoughts and positions for my specific health issues. She is the best health advisor / nurse practitioner I have ever had. Carrie is the best !

I've gone to Monroe Premier Medical for 20+ years now and have never had any issues. Everyone has always been super friendly and they have been very helpful when ever I call or send a message over my chart. The NP and Dr responses are very consistent and fairly quick.

It is impossible to get an appointment with my Dr when I am ill, being seen in the same office by other providers is okay but I am frustrated at how difficult it is to get in when I need to be seen.
