Care Philosophy: After gaining valuable experience in a private practice setting in Lower Manhattan, Dr. Kramer is excited to begin working and teaching in the place where she herself acquired the skills and lessons essential to providing women with exceptional care. She specializes in a variety of gynecologic issues ranging from management of abnormal Pap smears to family planning and contraception. She has a particular interest in the care and education of young women about their contraceptive options, including IUDs and Nexplanon devices. Dr. Kramer prides herself on creating a comfortable and trusting atmosphere for patients who may find the experience of visiting the gynecologist to be intimidating. In addition, Dr. Kramer specializes in a variety of minimally invasive surgeries for relief of polyps, fibroids and other gynecologic conditions. She also truly enjoys the privilege of providing excellent prenatal care and helping young couples along their journey to parenthood.

Biography: Dr. Cynthia Arvizo is a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon with expertise in the treatment of bleeding disorders, pelvic pain, and anatomic causes of infertility. She specializes in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgical approaches, including office hysteroscopy, for the management of fibroids, polyps, adenomyosis, ovarian cysts, uterine septa, scar tissue in the uterus, and endometriosis.Dr. Arvizo received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and gynecology at the Cleveland Clinic followed by a fellowship in minimally invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. After her fellowship, she joined Jacobi Medical Center, one of the New York City Health and Hospitals, where she provided minimally invasive surgeries and started a gynecology quality improvement committee.Dr. Arvizo believes that every person deserves access to safe, high-quality gynecologic care. She sits on national quality improvement committees and has been invited to lecture on increasing access to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She is committed to discussing all surgical and non-surgical treatment options and tailoring care to the individual patient.

Care Philosophy: "I believe that pregnancy is a natural if unique phase in a woman's life. My job is to assure that each pregnancy is proceeding normally and intervene if it is not. Many pregnancies are medically straightforward. Some, such as twins or triplets, may be complex from the outset. In others, problems such as high blood pressure or pre-term labor may develop. I am fortunate to practice at the Weill Cornell campus of the New York Presbyterian Hospital where the latest technologies and superbly trained specialists are only a few steps or a phone call away. I still find each pregnancy and delivery extraordinary and exciting. "I chose to practice Ob/Gyn because I am able to care for women through the many stages of their reproductive lives. During my years of training and practice, I have developed several areas of special interest and expertise within gynecology. Biography: Dr. Long Nguyen is a board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician specializing in Gynecological Oncology practicing at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens located in Forest Hills, NY. He received his medical degree from Ho Chi Minh City Medicine and Pharmacy University, completed his internship in General Surgery, residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology and fellowship in Gynecological Oncology. Dr. Nguyen is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Nguyen focuses on detection and treatment of gynecologic malignancies by all modalities with interests on robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery as well as chemotherapy. Dr. Nguyen has authored a dozen of abstracts, book chapters, and articles on gynecologic oncology. He is member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, American Congress of Obstetrician and Gynecologists, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Biography: Dr. Hey-Joo Kang is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at The Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) at Weill Cornell Medical College. Board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Dr. Kang offers patients the full range of assistive reproductive technologies and treatments in her practice, with areas of special interest including ovulation induction, in vitro fertilization, fertility surgery, endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome and male infertility.Dr. Kang earned her medical degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical student honor society. She completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, earning the Excellence in Teaching Award as a chief resident. Dr. Kang finished her training with a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at CRM. Directly after her fellowship, she joined CRM's faculty.Dr. Kang is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she has authored and co-authored numerous articles and textbook chapters in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
