Biography: Dr. Sabagh is a graduate of Zagazig, University School of Medicine in Benha, Egypt. He completed his residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. He completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at The Ohio State University James Cancer Research Institute in Columbus, OH. Dr. Sabagh is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Dayton Clinical Oncology Program, and the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer. Dr. Sabagh has been treating patients and teaching medical students as an Associate Clinical Professor at Wright Sate University Boonshoft School of Medicine for more than twenty years.

Biography: Dr. Haluschak graduated medical school from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. He completed his residency at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH. Dr. Haluschak completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH where he also completed the G. Britenham Fellowship, a post-doctorate research fellowship, through the Department of Health and Human Service. Dr. Haluschak is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. Biography: Jhansi L Koduri, MD is a graduate of Rangaraya Medical School in Kakinada, India. She completed her internal medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH where she also completed her hematology/oncology fellowship. Dr. Koduri is board certified in hematology, medical oncology, and palliative care and hospice. She is the recipient of many awards including The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Man and Woman of the Year Woman of the Year in Dayton in 2019 and Bravo Community Model in Dayton in 2018. Dr. Koduri has been a board member for many local organizations including, but not limited to the Miami Valley Hospital Foundation, Montgomery County Medical Society, Miami valley Area Physicians of Indian Origin, Pink Ribbon Girls and For the love of Children. She is an associate professor of internal medicine at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She is compassionate and caring, serving Greater Dayton Community Area since 1998 with special interest in breast cancer care.

Biography: Michelle DeGroat, MD, FACS graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and completed the Wright State University General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. DeGroat is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the American Hernia Society. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and is the Chairman of the Premier Health system-wide general service line. Dr. DeGroat is board certified in General Surgery and Breast Ultrasound. Dr. DeGroat specializes in general surgery as well as critical care medicine and robotic surgery. She has a special interest in breast cancer, including high risk breast cancer, and provides breast cancer evaluations and care and performs nipple sparing mastectomies. Dr. DeGroat also focuses on surgical treatment for colon cancer. Her otherareas of interest include hernia repair and complex hernia repair.

Biography: Thomas Reid, MD graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in 1996. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology/general surgery at Wright State University/Wright Patterson Air Force Medical Center. Dr. Reid completed a fellowship in oncology at the University of Michigan. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and gynecologic oncology.

Biography: Daniel Butler, MD, FACS graduated from University of Indiana School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He completed residency from Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Butler is board certified in general surgery. Dr. Butler is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons and a member of Throckmorton Surgical Society, The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and American Trauma Society. He has practiced at Roosevelt Surgical Associates and for more than 25 years and served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 30 years.
