Extremely friendly and still very efficient front desk. Same for the person doing vitals before dr came in. Dr was confident about my symptoms and treatment. About what I needed to do or in my case not do. After speaking with him - my nerves were calmed and I will follow his direction.

My appointment was at 11:30 and was scheduled to last 15 minutes. I was told to arrive at 11:15, which I did. I was in the examination room by 11:25. It was 11:53 when Dr. Bates arrived. I was tight on time and was within a couple minutes of needing to leave and reschedule the appointment. Dr. Bates was great when he arrived. It would have been a nice courtesy if someone would have stopped by the room and explained to me Dr. Bates was running behind and provided me with some type of information in regards to the length of the delay.

Love the fact the office staff was willing to schedule my test for me and worked to find the place with the Appreciated the doctor's willingness to learn more about my condition before suggesting surgery. Also appreciated hearing other possibilities for what ails m. Didn't feel rushed.
