Biography: Benjamin J. Bates, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed the Wright State University General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Bates has a number of certifications including Advanced Surgical Skills for Exposure in Trauma, Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. Dr. Bates is a member of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.

Biography: Dr. Haluschak graduated medical school from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. He completed his residency at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH. Dr. Haluschak completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH where he also completed the G. Britenham Fellowship, a post-doctorate research fellowship, through the Department of Health and Human Service. Dr. Haluschak is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. He is a member of the Montgomery County Medical Society, Ohio State Medical Association, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Dr. Haluschak has more than 30 years of experience as a medical oncologist and has a special interest in genitourinary oncology as well as research and clinical trials

Biography: Jhansi L Koduri, MD is a graduate of Rangaraya Medical School in Kakinada, India. She completed her internal medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH where she also completed her hematology/oncology fellowship. Dr. Koduri is board certified in hematology, medical oncology, and palliative care and hospice. She is the recipient of many awards including The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Man and Woman of the Year Woman of the Year in Dayton in 2019 and Bravo Community Model in Dayton in 2018. Dr. Koduri has been a board member for many local organizations including, but not limited to the Miami Valley Hospital Foundation, Montgomery County Medical Society, Miami valley Area Physicians of Indian Origin, Pink Ribbon Girls and For the love of Children. She is an associate professor of internal medicine at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She is compassionate and caring, serving Greater Dayton Community Area since 1998 with special interest in breast cancer care.

Biography: Thomas Reid, MD graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in 1996. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology/general surgery at Wright State University/Wright Patterson Air Force Medical Center. Dr. Reid completed a fellowship in oncology at the University of Michigan. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and gynecologic oncology.

Biography: Heather Adkins, MD, FACS graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH. She completed her general surgery residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Adkins is Fellow of American College of Surgeons. She is board certified in general surgery.

Biography: Bo-Kyu Kim, MD graduated from Indiana School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He completed his general surgery residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Kim is board certified in general surgery.

Biography: James E. de Caestecker, DO, FACS is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Health Sciences College of Medicine. He completed his residency in General Surgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Medical Center of Central Massachusetts, The Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. de Caestecker is certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He has a special interest in colon, rectal, and GERD/reflux surgery. He has been associated with Gem City Surgical Associates since 2002.

Biography: Nancy Hampton-Jones,DNP,APRN, AOCNS, AGCNS-BC earned herBachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami University in Oxford, OHandMaster of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH.She earned herDoctor of Nursing Practice in Health System Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, OH. Nancy has workedin oncology for many years, assessing and treating patients with cancer. Prior to joining the Premier Blood & Cancer Center team she worked as an Advance Practice Provider Manager and Surgical Neuro-Oncology Coordinator at the Clinical Neuroscience Institute, where shealso managed the operations at the infusion center.

Biography: James Pan, MD is a graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. He completed his general surgery residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. Prior to moving to Ohio to be closer to family, Dr. Pan served as an assistant professor of surgery at SIU School of Medicine. Most recently, he served as a staff vascular surgeon at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH, where he held the positions of Vice-Chief of Surgery and Director of Vascular Services. Additionally, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at The Ohio State University Medical Center Dr. Pan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Pan is a vascular surgeon in Dayton, specializing in treating conditions affecting blood vessels. He has a special interest in critical limb salvage focusing on minimally invasive procedures as well as open surgery when needed. He is also certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy and wound care.
