I have a longstanding interest in cancer care and have been specifically focused on lymphoma since my father was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma when I was a medical student. At Weill Cornell, our experienced team of lymphoma specialists works together to determine the most appropriate therapy for each individual patient. Our group has played a key role in the development of many new therapies approved for lymphoma in recent years. As a result, our patients have early access to new and promising lymphoma treatments. We are fortunate to have a strong team of physician assistants, nurses, medical technicians, pharmacists, and administrative staff. This environment enables me to provide my patients with the best possible level of care.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Ritchie's research interests are in the treatment of older patients with anemia, cytopenias, myelodysplastic syndromes, myeloproliferative disorders and acute leukemia. She is interested in finding better therapies and supportive care strategies for older patients. Dr. Ritchie is the principal investigator on clincal trials investigating new diagnostic techniques, supportive care strategies and therapeutics aimed at the older patient. She collaborates with investigators in the Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology. She has been the author or co-author of many publications. She is interested in improving the medical care of older patients with hematologic malignancies.

Biography: Dr. Groisberg is a medical oncologist with a specialty in melanoma, sarcoma, and clinical trials. He is the author or co-author of numerous publications, reviews, book chapters, abstracts, and presentations related to targeted therapy in cancer, especially related to sarcomas

Biography: Dr. Louise Ligresti, MD is an Oncology Specialist who practices in Livingston, NJ. She is 60 years old and has been practicing for 34 years. Dr. Louise Ligresti, MD is affiliated with Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Biography: Dr. Lipner is an Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology, Associate Attending Physician, and Director of the Nail Division at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Lipner completed her medical training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she received both M.D. and Ph.D degrees and graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her residency training in Dermatology at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.Dr. Lipner is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Women's Dermatologic Society, and Council for Nail Disorders, American Dermatologic Association, and is chair of multiple committees. She is also past President of The Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, President of the New York State Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, and Founding Editor in Chief of JAAD Reviews.Dr. Lipner is board certified in Dermatology and has a wide range of clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of skin, hair, and nail disorders. She is one of the few experts in nail disorders in the world, and treats patients with nail psoriasis, nail fungal diseases, brittle nails, and nail cancers. She is also the Primary Investigator on clinical trials utilizing novel treatments for nail disorders, and offers alternative treatments to patients who have failed traditional therapies. She is also an expert in telemedicine and can diagnosis many patients with nail disorders using a video platform.Dr. Lipner is one of the leading researchers in dermatology. She has authored over 400 peer-reviewed publications, numerous books and book chapters, lectures nationally and internationally, and is frequently featured by the media including, CNN, NPR, Self, Allure, The Washington Post, and The New York Times for her expertise. Dr. Lipner offers aesthetic therapies such as Botox and injectable fillers, laser therapy for the treatment of rosacea, broken blood vessels, age spots and hair removal in both fair-skinned patients and patients with skin of color.
