Biography: Daniel Elshoff, MD joined Premier Physician Network/Upper Valley Medical Center in 1999. A graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine with a specialty in Family Medicine, Dr. Elshoff completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Biography: Shelsea Johnson, MD is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She completed her pediatric residency at Wright State University School of Medicine, Children's Medical Center. Dr. Johnson is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Biography: Jordan Grilliot, DO is a sports medicine physician and orthopedic surgeon in Dayton, OH. He is a graduate of Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. Dr. Grilliot completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH and went on to complete an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at Ochsner Health Foundation/Sports Medicine Institute in New Orleans, LA. During his time in New OrleansDr, Grilliotserved at the assistant team physician for the New Orleans Saints NFL team, and the New Orleans Pelicans NBA team. He also provided medical coverage for the NFL Scouting Combine as a member of the New Orleans Saints medical staff. Biography: Paul W. Weber, MD is a board certified pediatrician who earned his medical degree from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO. He completed his residency at Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center, Biloxi, MS. Following his residency he was a staff pediatrician at Scott Afb Medical Center (375 Medical Group), IL, where he held several additional positions: Director Inpatient Services, Director Level II Nursery and Coordinator Pediatric Neurology Clinic.
