After working as an Otolaryngologist in Russia for eight years, she expanded her scope of practice to acute care and later to family medicine. She is fascinated with family medicine, which gives her a view of the entire person, allows her to use her surgical skills in office procedures and provides a sense of belonging to a community.

Early in my career I gained invaluable expertise by completing two separate intensive specialty training programs in complex shoulder surgery and sports medicine surgery. These fellowships, along with my ongoing focus upon staying current with the latest orthopaedic surgical techniques, allow me to achieve the best possible outcomes for my patients. As the captain of the ship, so to speak, he oversees his patients' care, ensuring smooth and timely coordination with specialists, as needed, to fully address their health care needs.Outside of his practice, Dr. Moy enjoys hiking, kite flying and cooking.
